В основе формирования БДДС (бюджет движения денежных средств) и БДР (бюджет доходов и расходов) лежат разные механизмы подсчета. Непонимание разницы между этими двумя алгоритмами бюджетирования часто служит источником множества недоразумений и даже конфликтов. Необходимо помнить, что прибыль и деньги — не одно и то же. Например, у предприятия может быть прибыль, но при этом не быть денег в данный момент, что в итоге вызовет справедливое негодование руководителя: где наши деньги, ведь мы работаем в прибыль. БДДС позволяет увидеть не только сколько денег в данный момент у организации, но и позволяет спланировать сколько их будет в любой момент в будущем.

A system administrator, or sysadmin, is a person who is responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems; especially single-user computers, such as servers. The system administrator seeks to ensure that the uptime, performance, resources, and security of the computers they manage meet the needs of the users, without exceeding a set budget when doing so.
